Step 1: Customers may rent vehicles by going through the necessary procedures at this company. The following certificates/documents are needed:
Foreign companies and representative offices in Beijing: Business License, Corporate Code Certificate, company seal, ID card of chief representative, ID card of the person handling the procedures, driver’s license, security deposit and rental fee
Government agencies, leading Chinese companies and companies with a registered capital of more than RMB 5 million: A photocopy of the Business License, Corporate Code Certificate, company seal, ID card of the person handling the procedures, driver’s license, security deposit and rental fee
Limited liability companies and private companies: A photocopy of the Business License, Corporate Code Certificate, company seal, ID card of the person handling the procedures, driver’s license; Business License, Corporate Code Certificate, company seal and signature of the legal representative of the guarantor; security deposit and rent
Individuals (non-members): Hukou certificate for citizens of the 8 urban districts of Beijing (kept at this company for the rental period), ID card (new), driver’s license (at least 2 years {valid for at least 2 more years, or valid for the past 2 years?}), advance rental payment (to be paid with credit card), security deposit (RMB 10,000, to be paid in cash), guarantee for traffic rule violation (RMB 1,000, to be paid in cash); in addition, a guarantor with a Hukou certificate for the 8 urban districts of Beijing, and a reliable job and stable income needs to be present. The Hukou certificate for the guarantor will be kept at this company during the rental period.

Step 2:Sign car rental contract and inspect the vehicle;

Step 3:Pay the rent and the security deposit;

Step 4:Fill in the vehicle acceptance form and accept the vehicle;

Step 5:Extend the term of the contract: a client can extend the term of the contract with this company with a rental contract (Page 3 and page 4);

Step 6: Return the car, inspect the vehicle—terminate the contract—settle the account. ?
