(MSC) provides DCH customers with caring and dependable 24-hour emergency support and aftersales services. The DCH motor service business has grown to encompass 11 motor service centres across Hong Kong with parts depots that occupy an area of 20,000 square metres.
In addition, DCH has an extensive range of motor-related business. DCH (Motor Leasing) Ltd. is the leading and largest motor leasing service provider in Hong Kong, with the provision of "total transport solutions" including motor leasing, van transport and fleet management service to individual and corporate customers. DCH Quality Used Car is the largest used car trading centre in Hong Kong which provides over 100 quality used vehicles.
DCH has developed airport ground support equipment and aviation support services. Dah Chong Hong - Dragonair Airport GSE Service Ltd., a joint venture of DCH and Hong Kong Dragon Airlines Ltd., was established to provide design, manufacturing, repair and maintenance services for Ground Support Equipment (GSE) and repair services for aircraft non-structural support equipment. In addition, the station offers one-stop management service in the field of Unit Load Device (ULD) management including aircraft containers, pallets and nets.

Trading & Distribution

DCH endeavors to develop comprehensive trading & distribution business and mainly represents and distributes food, cosmetics and electrical appliances.
Provisions Division sources globally for frozen and chilled meat and seafood. Foods, Oils & Miscellaneous Department specializes in trading edible oils, sugar, rice, feedstuff, dairy products and other branded food products, etc.
Through its extensive distribution network, DCH supplies food to retailers, wholesalers, food manufacturers and caterers throughout Hong Kong, Macau and mainland China. It also operates "DCH Food Marts" chain stores which provide frozen and chilled food and also a wide range of branded products.
DCH's constant emphasis on diversification led to its appointment by Shiseido as its sole cosmetics agent in Hong Kong, Macau and Guangdong Province, China. In 1998, DCH and Shiseido took a further step to form a 50:50 joint venture - Shiseido Dah Chong Hong Cosmetics Ltd.
The Electrical Appliances Division of DCH also distributes internationally renowned home appliances and audio-visual products, and has developed a strong sales network in Hong Kong.

China Presence
Motor
DCH has been operating motor distribution in mainland China since 1979. Over the years, DCH has been focusing its energy on expanding motor operations into the vast mainland market. It is committed to developing the marketing and distribution of motor vehicles in mainland China, and has established an efficient infrastructure to support this goal.
In order to maintain its high standards of professionalism, DCH has established sales offices, showrooms and numerous 4S centres (sales, service, spare parts and survey) with distribution and service networks to cover over 10 major cities in mainland China.
To date, DCH holds the Certificate of Approval for Enterprise with Foreign Trade Right in PRC, Passenger Car Sales Licence, Commercial Vehicle Sales Licence, and Motor Service & Maintenance Licence. It is also the dealer and distributor of a number of imported vehicles, domestic vehicles and spare parts.
DCH currently has the right of distributorship and dealership in the mainland for both imported brands such as Bentley, Isuzu, Kia, Nissan and Renault, and domestic brands such as FAW-Volkswagen Audi, SGM-Buick, Dongfeng Honda, Guangzhou Honda, Beijing Hyundai, Dongfeng Yuda Kia, FAW-Mazda, Haima, Dongfeng Nissan, Qingling and FAW-Toyota. For spare parts, DCH is a distributor of commercial vehicle tyres, batteries, clutch covers & disks, catalytic converter, etc.
Moreover, DCH also set up a motor leasing joint venture in Beijing to provide customers with comprehensive and excellent transport solutions.
Besides, the Aviation Support Division of DCH has also expanded its aviation business by establishing two repair stations with Air China and China Eastern Airlines respectively. The repair stations, which serve Beijing Capital International Airport, Shanghai Pudong and Hongqiao International Airports, provide repair services for aircraft Unit Load Device (ULD) and aviation support service. In addition, DCH also actively explores business opportunities in environmental protection and auto parts manufacturing.

Trading & Distribution

DCH has expert experience in commodity trading. It has established good relationships with mainland business corporations and trading partners and has built up a good reputation with them. Supported by comprehensive information technology infrastructure and information systems, the trading & distribution business of DCH, including foods, cosmetics and electrical appliances, has developed rapidly in the mainland.
DCH's trading & distribution business covers some 30 major cities and regions in mainland China, including Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Tianjin, Dalian, Wuhan, Chengdu, Jiangmen, Macau, etc. It has set up regional headquarters in Shanghai and Guangzhou to serve the markets of eastern & northern and southern China respectively.
DCH's food business covers food distribution, wholesaling and import & export. It is one of the top three largest frozen food suppliers in Shanghai.
Shiseido Dah Chong Hong Cosmetics Ltd. has established an extensive distribution network in the cities of Guangdong Province, including Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Zhuhai, Foshan, Dongguan and Panyu, where it holds the sole distributorship for Shiseido, Aupres and Za.
DCH's electrical appliances business has established a strong and comprehensive dealership network in mainland China and it has opened DCH AV Shops and electrical appliances counters in major cities for customers' selection of renowned audio and video products as well as electrical appliances.

Logistics

DCH provides supply and delivery of food products for a multi-national fast food chain in Shanghai and logistics services for electrical appliance manufacturers in Guangdong province. It has also developed the "Bonded Processing & Logistics Park" in Xinhui to provide one-stop professional logistics services. DCH also set up a joint venture company in Macau to provide third-party logistics services to hotels and casinos.

Manufacturing

DCH has participated in food manufacturing projects in Shanghai, Shenzhen and Xinhui and produced various food products for mainland and overseas markets. It has also taken equity interest in an electrical appliance manufacturing plant in Shunde for active participation in small appliances manufacturing and developing branded products to be marketed nationwide and worldwide.

Overseas Subsidiaries

Dah Chong Hong (Japan) Ltd. was established in 1950 to provide DCH with a gateway to the affluent Japanese market. Today, DCH (Japan) Ltd. imports a wide range of re-processed canned foodstuffs, agricultural items, poultry, garments, etc. It is also responsible for the export of many leading Japanese products, including leading automobile brands, special purpose vehicles, food, etc.
Dah Chong Hong Trading (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. was formed in 1983 to trade in frozen meat, poultry, fish and seafood. Its subsidiary, Triangle Auto Pte Ltd., is the exclusive distributor of Isuzu commercial vehicles and Opel commercial trucks, and has quickly established itself as a leader in the local truck market.
Dah Chong Hong (Canada) Ltd. started trading in 1984, and is now involved mainly in food trading business. Its subsidiary, Richmond Acura, has been the highest volume Acura dealer in western Canada for consecutive 17 years.
