Article 1　Mission
COSCO-DCH (BEIJING) MOTOR LEASING CO.,LTD. establishes the Membership Program in order to provide its customers with faster and easier car rental procedures, more considerate services, and more car rental information, and more fun!
Article 2　Membership Qualification
The Membership Program is based on the principles of voluntary participation, mutual confidence and mutual benefit. Membership is available to any individual between the ages of 21-70, with a good record of civil conduct, a stable income, good financial records and moral standing, and a PRC driver’s license (with at least one year’s driving experience) and the ability to fulfill the provisions in the rental contract; or any locally registered company with a registered capital of not less than RMB 3 million, or the equivalent amount in foreign currency. Individuals and entities introduced and guaranteed by a client with a long-term business relationship with COSCO-DCH (BEIJING) MOTOR LEASING CO.,LTD., and holders of platinum credit cards approved by the PBOC may have privileged access to the Club upon qualification examination.

Article 3 Member Graduation and Application Procedures

1. COSCO-DCH (BEIJING) MOTOR LEASING CO.,LTD. membership cards include individual cards and corporate VIP cards, with 3 different levels: Blue Card, Golden Card and Platinum Card.
2. Application procedures and a qualified guarantor are required for COSCO-DCH (BEIJING) MOTOR LEASING CO.,LTD. membership applications. COSCO-DCH (BEIJING) MOTOR LEASING CO.,LTD. will decide whether or not to approve the application based on a qualification review/examination.
3. Legal persons or other organizations or citizens who serve as a guarantor for COSCO-DCH (BEIJING) MOTOR LEASING CO.,LTD. members are liable for the debts of such members resulting from the use of COSCO-DCH cards and the consequent claims for economic losses.

Article 4 Membership Card Users’ Instructions

1. Upon the approval of the application, the applicant shall become an official Blue Card member (for an effective period of 2 years) with COSCO-DCH (BEIJING) MOTOR LEASING CO.,LTD. The member will have the right to use COSCO-DCH Cards. The membership cards can serve as a member identification card. Each membership card entitles the member for the rental of only one vehicle, and shall be used by the holder personally. The membership card is invalid if it is lent or transferred to another person. Letters of Introduction are required for car rentals with corporate VIP members.

2. COSCO-DCH Cards are effective for a period of 2 years. Upon their expiration, the cards will automatically become invalid, but the creditors’ rights and debts resulting from their use shall continue. Cardholders should apply for the renewal of their cards 15 days before their expiration to extend the membership period. Renewal application is subject to the discretion of this company. Membership cards will be cancelled automatically if no renewal application is received by the expiration date. Golden Cards and Platinum Cards are automatically entitled to a 1 month and 2 month extension upon expiration, respectively.

3. Should a member breach any provisions of this Charter, our membership center will suspend, demote or cancel his/her membership and seek compensation for the economic loss incurred in accordance with the specific situation. Counterfeiting and forging COSCO-DCH Cards and use of counterfeit or cancelled COSCO-DCH Cards are prohibited.

4. To protect the interests of all members and maintain the latest information in this company, COSCO-DCH (BEIJING) MOTOR LEASING CO.,LTD. may reexamine the qualifications of members if necessary.

5. COSCO-DCH Cards shall be used exclusively for car rentals from this company. The property rights of the membership cards belong to COSCO-DCH (BEIJING) MOTOR LEASING CO.,LTD. The cards shall not be used for the purpose of certificates.

Article 5 Rights and Obligations of Members

1. With COSCO-DCH Cards, members are entitled to favorable services in their respective class provided by COSCO-DCH (BEIJING) MOTOR LEASING CO., LTD. Upon the expiration of a card, this company will examine the qualification of the member and provide an upgraded card according to the situation. In this case, the member may keep the upgraded card and will be entitled to the upgraded service. COSCO-DCH (BEIJING) MOTOR LEASING CO., LTD. reserves the right to revise the favorable terms for members as it deems necessary.

2. Members pledge that the COSCO-DCH (BEIJING) MOTOR LEASING CO., LTD. Membership Application Form is filled in truthfully. This company may verify the funds, property and credit information of any member with government agencies, organizations and individuals concerned as it deems necessary, and bears the obligation to keep confidential the information provided by members or obtained through its own verification efforts. Members and guarantors shall notify our membership center in time concerning changes to any information filed. Upon the loss of a card, the member concerned shall report to our membership center immediately.

3. The relationship between the members and COSCO-DCH (BEIJING) MOTOR LEASING CO., LTD. is that of the rentee and the renter, whose rights and obligations are specified in the COSCO-DCH (BEIJING) MOTOR LEASING CO.,LTD. Vehicle Rental Contract.

Article 6 Others

1. This Charter shall be interpreted and revised by COSCO-DCH (BEIJING) MOTOR LEASING CO.,LTD.
2. Specific preferential terms, which will be incorporated as an appendix of this Charter, will be developed by this Company and subject to revisions without prior notification. The revisions will go into effect the day they are made.

The Chinese version of this Charter shall prevail in case of any disparity or dispute between the Chinese and English versions.
